Refund and cancellation policy

This policy applies to all meal subscriptions bought through the BetterClub website or app, operated by Bravion Private Limited. All refunds are issued by BetterClub, not by the partner kitchen.

1. Pausing a day

You can pause a specific delivery day in the app and resume it later, as long as you do it before the kitchen's cut-off time (8:00 pm the day before). A paused day is not counted as delivered.

2. Cancelling a subscription

To cancel, send a cancellation request from the app or contact us at info@bravion.in. Your cancellation takes effect from the next delivery day after the cut-off time. Meals already prepared before then will still be delivered.

3. How much is refunded

• Days that have not been delivered are refunded in proportion to the price you paid.
• Days already delivered are not refunded.
• If you used a coupon, the refund is based on the amount you actually paid.
• Delivery charges for days not yet delivered are refunded along with the meals.

4. Problems with a meal

If a meal is missing, wrong or not fit to eat, report it from the app or contact us within 24 hours of delivery, with a photo where possible. We will replace the meal or refund it.

5. If we cannot deliver

If the partner kitchen cannot deliver a day because of a holiday or a problem on its side, that day is either moved to a later date or refunded in full. You will be told in advance where possible.

6. How and when refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay. Once a refund is approved, we start it within 2 working days. It usually reaches your account within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank.

Grievance officer

If you have a complaint, please contact our grievance officer. We will acknowledge it within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 30 days.
